12th Soul of Nadalia, Bride of Ash (fragment)

I am searching for the 12th fragment in order to get the soul, but I did use all smelter wedges and I also killed the fume knight, but I still have 11 souls.
Does anybody have a solution?

You have to kill sir Alonne. The last wedge is in the small room after his boss arena.

Well the problem is I already killed him too - I am sure I used all wedges, but maybe the fume knight did not drop the last soul....

Fume knight always drop a soul shard.

Most likely you missed an Ashen idol. Check your inventory and see if you have any smeltor wedges left.

I definitely used all wedges and I used a youtube video to confirm it. I've checked all locations.
I dunno, is this a bug?

okay never mind. I checked again all locations and I found the soul lying at one spot where I used a smelter wedge before. Dunno, maybe I havent picked it up.
