Golden Lion Warrior location?

Anyone know where I can find him?
There's barely any info about him in the SOTFS edition anywhere online.

From the Shaded Ruins bonfire, go straight ahead until you go up a ramp, then continue to go straight ahead. It's in the ruins area accessed by breaking some barrels.

You know the covenant of champions allows for infinite enemy respawn, right? I always grab that one if I wish to farm. Unless that golden guy is a one per play through deal? I never bothered to go check after I kill him.

I've not tried myself, but everyone online says it's one spawn per run.

Sadly, yes, the Golden Lion is a unique spawn. Being part of the Covenant of Champions does not respawn him. Only Bonfire Ascetic.

go offline, back-up your save-file, kill the guy, if he doesn't drop anything, restore your save and try again

that is why you do it offline

unless your sm is lower than the last time you were online, they have no reason to softban you
