Ending Bug help (spoilers)

Hey! i just finished the game, but the only ending i could get was take the throne. i did not ge any promp to leave it and it kinda messeded my playthroug of the dlc. is there any hidden require,ments besides talking with aldia 3 times?

this is all on ng. not sure if the ending is on ng+?

You need to kill Vendrick before fighting Nashandra, to get the two options in the ending.

yeah, that's done also. any way to get the aldia ending?

using a bone fire aesthetic on the area before nashandra?

You don't even have to touch the DLC areas to get that ending. The only requirement is talking to Aldia at the 4th primal bonfire, in Undead Crypt and Dragon Shrine, and killing Vendrick. Maybe you did not light all the primal bonfires, check it.

If you ascetic King's Gate, it will reset the boss fight, and if the requirements are met, Aldia will spawn. Not really worth it though, he doesn't drop anything, not even souls.

First time i see anyone had that bug......you did the talking and kill vendrick before nashandra then after you beat her you shouldve had the fight with the sotfs then after that fight you hve the 2 endings options........very strange....first time im told of that bug...

Just look for Aldia's questline, if you complete it correctly, i.e. speak to him everywhere, kill vendrick... he will spawn right after you beat the big lady. Beat him and that's it.

I did. the bug actually triggered before the boss fight i believe since sweet shalquior told me then " we need to part ways because im a cat" stuff. as soon as i got to the dragon shrine. so. i have no idea what's going on.


is the ending even worth it? or should i just go onward into the dlc?

Just look it on youtube then. you don't get anything for triggering it but a lame boss battle.
