is there a diffrent way to get it instead of ranking up
if no, can someone help me get it

Hey man.
Your alternative is farming the mad warrior red phantom that spawns there.
Imho? farm kills, at the proper SM the belfries are active and it's much more enjoyable.

do thoes red phantoms respawn? bc mine is not spawning

Yeah sure, they respawn. low chance of spawning at all, that's why I prefer PVP for hidden weapon.
The spell "Unveil" also works wonders for Mad Warrior farming if you have it.
Let's you know if it spawned without making the climb

The Mad Warrior phantom that appears in Belfry Sol will count as one point towards ranking up in the Bell Keepers covenant when slain. You can also try to farm for its armor and weapon while you're at it, though the drop rates are quite low and (if I remember right) the Mad Warrior does not drop duplicates.

It will always be able to respawn so long as you're a member (offline mode or not, so you can also rank up the traditional way at the same timee); however, it does not always show up in its spawn location when reset which makes farming it a bit of a hassle.
