Use blue Sentinel mod.
makes it so you can use blue and red orbs an unlimited times while also makes so it scans everywhere for people to invade instead of only the zone you are in.
Also it auto back ups saves in case of hackers.

sorry this might be a stupid question but I would think playing online with a modded game is a bad idea? Like getting banned or so?

It's a relatively safe mod, there's never a guarantee but nobody had issues with blue sentinel so far

If you are interested in or decent at PvP, the Brotherhood of Blood arena isn't the worst place to get them from. It's just that like 90% of the game's weapons and spells aren't netting you consistent wins there. It would take longer to get a decent amount of orbs, but if you like PvP, the time flies a lot quicker.
It can just get frustrating, if you try force a weapon setup that just isn't viable vs. high tier weapons. As is souls-tradition, PvP is super imbalanced. You'll also occasionally bump into much higher SL players.

But i guess tehre would be no point, if you just get the Blue Sentinel-mod. The auto-backup feature alone makes it worth it and i'd rather have a mod potentially softbanning me, than a cheating player making this all but a guarantee.

To add to that, it's made by the same person, who has found a major exploit in the game's netcode a few years ago, which was so severe, that the soulsgames wen't offline for quite some time until the devs gotten it patched, so i'd assume that the author of the "Blue Sentinel"-mod knows a thing or two on how to bypass the game's softban system.

Just to be clear, the DS2 mod is called Blue Acolyte. Blue Sentinel is the DS3 one.

My bad. Just gonna drop the link directly, to avoid any further confusion:
