Boss Souls Weapons!

As the title says.
Which weapons crafted from boss souls are worth it?
I have almost every boss soul in the game lying around in my inventory ( I think I need like 2 or 3 more )
I have the Dragonrider Bow +5 (for pve).
I've been thinking about getting Fume UGS.
Which weapons do you believe are any good / are the best to get ?

Maybe I've forgotten some weapons which are decent.
And that's mostly my opinion even though the trash-weapons are pretty obvious trash.

It really depends on which aspect of the game you`ll use it. If we`re talking PVP, then a lot of boss weapons get outmatched by other weapons of their class.

For example:

- Arced Sword is basically Murakumo, but needs a bit more stats, slightly shorter and weighs 2 extra units.
- Crypt Blacksword is basically KUGS/DKGA, but takes extra stats and is considerably shorter. In exchange it does more damage.

But some weapons are better or even the best ones in their class.

- Warped Sword for curved swords;
- Chaos Blade for Katanas (outmatched by Uchi in overall efficiency, but has some benefits over it);
- Watcher`s and Loyce for greatswords (not the best ones but very solid),
And so on.

I`m not saying you should alway use the best weapons for a given class. What I`m saying is - very often boss weapon is worse in every aspect, but will require more resources and effort to obtain/upgrade. That is something to consider.

For PVE it`s pretty much irrelevant, any weapon will do.

The pursuers ultra greatsword is one of my favourite weapons in the games

I enjoy using Bewitched Alonne Sword - pretty good katana -lowest AR in katana class, but great range, wide swipes and badass self buff.
Fume UGS is also very nice - nice 1HR2 and 2HL2 - those block&slam attacks are badass.
Loyce is a really nice greatsword - light and not too much of a stat ivestment.
And Mytha's Bent Blade - I used it on my poison build. Quick slashes and only weapon I know of that builds up poison and toxin.

There are no bad weapons in dark souls, it just depends on a purpose and preference. You can decently pvp with a Broken Straight Sword if you want to. Just see one you like, get it and try out the moveset Not like they cost alot of souls.

Just because one can play with a weapon doesn't mean that it's bad.
The broken straight sword is indeed bad.

How about the Iron King's Greathammer? What do people think about that one? it seems to be outclassed by the Demon's Greathammer but I like using the Iron King's to smash spiders with rightous fire.

I use that weapon all the time, its one of the best strength weapons

it does seem to be quite powerful but I'm also using the Demon's greathammer which, atm, is doing much more damage.

DS2. You can get the Demon's Greathammer through Smooth and Silky.

Actually the Iron King Greathammer has a higher AR, but Fire-split damage (about 1/3 of the AR at base Int and Fth). That's why. The R2-attacks are gonna hit like a train on nitro though.

It also benefits a lot from Flame Weapon.

And I forgot it in my list. It's decent to good. I haven't used it much though. It wasn't my type of weapon, I like the Gyrm Hammer and Malformed Shell more.

Gyrm hammer got me through most of the game, right up until i got the KUG, its a really good strength weapon aswell
