Best hammer for faith build?
I'm making a build in which I want to get only base stats for weapons and dump all else into faith. What hammer would be best for me? I'm currently thinking about craftsman's hammer.

The mace lightning infused works pretty well, but a craftsman's hammer will probably outdamage it if they're unupgraded. The mace of the insolent is also a possibility as it has innate lightning damage and can cast miracles as well.

Will the infused craftsman's outdamage infused mace?

Mace of the insolent an option? Casts miracles with it, though I suppose you could use sanctuum shield tsetse for that. Or hell, why not both! :P

Probably if they are both unupgraded, since the craftsman's hammer upgrades with twinkling titanite and the mace upgrades with regular titanite.

I'm not really into the mace of insolent, and I mean if they were both fully upgraded.

The damage output is really close together

The craftsman's hammer would probably do slightly more damage, but the mace has a lower str and dex requirement, so if you want base stats for using weapons the mace would be better.

It also depends on your stats. Since the mace has some dex scaling that the craftsman's hammer does not, if you have high enough stats the mace would eventually do more damage than the hammer, even if it's only E scaling...

A lightning infusion kills the physical scalibg anyways. It's clise together. Use whatever you like better look wise. They have also slightly different 1h R1s.

I'd pick the Craftsman's Mace. But for no good reason other than the looks.

Yeah fashion means a lot to me. Thanks for tips.
