Loyce greatsword or Charred loyce greatsword?

Hi, I can't decide which one of these I should go for. Charred looks more viable with higher counter damage (although it has low poise damage, but that's what stone ring is for). I don't exactly know if they share the same moveset. Any help?

The poise damage is the same. I don't know why you think a greatsword has low poise damage, but okay.

The 2h R2 attacks are different. The Loyce GS has a thrust, followed by a 360 turn, the Charred Loyce GS has a horizontal slash followed by a vertical one.

I personally like the Loyce GS more. Moveset-wise and look-wise.
Don't know how big the damage difference is. One is a pure DEX weapon and the other a Fire (INT+FTH).

Oh I saw the poise damage difference on a wiki. Guess I shouldn't trust those. So they don't have a same moveset.
