Or do you mean proper spell-swaps, where you cast a spell you normally wouldn't be able to, similar to move/spell swap in DS1 by exploiting action-queue? The only practical use is tumblebuffing (roll, queue buff on buffable weapon, menuswap weapon at the end of roll to something that cannot be buffed) and that one is also still possible. It's just frame-perfect. Going down to 20FPS might help making it a little bit more consistent.
Edit: Ah, nevermind, you mean attunement-glitch. Again, not patched/still possible.
Do the glitch as described in whatever youtube video you saw and when you go into the attunement menu after doing the warp, just hover the cursor over the spell you want the casts from (probably Soul Arrow) and only press left-click, once you see the loading screen. Just make sure, you don't move the cursor, while doing that.
