I'd also just browse the DS2 Nexus for graphic mods and see, if there's some you like. Can't think of anything worthwhile personally, though. Yet. There's someone making a graphic overhaul for this game, called "Flames of Old", aiming to be more in line with the original version's pre-release gameplay demos, but the mod is TBA.
Edit: Some important Info regarding modding this game: There are 2 versions of DS2. This, DX11 "Scholar of the First Sin"-version and the original 2014 DX9 "Vanilla" version. If you find a mod from before April 2015 and it doesn't explicitly state "Scholar of the First Sin", it is likely not compatible. Also, this game got patched recently, so some mods, that are more involved than post-fx hacks (like ReShade) or texture replacers, may no longer be compatible. Also, unlike ReShade or texture-replacers, they may cause "softbans" if you play online (put on separate matchmaking with other softbanned players - you don't get notified, if this happens). Make sure to carefully read any mod's description for compatibility, requirements and possible conflicts.
