When Should I Farm For Heide Armor?
I really want the Heide Knight Set, and I have completed all vanilla game content besides killing Nashandra (was just going to start DLC now or after her),

is it wise to burn an ascetic ( I also have the Gold Covetous +1) at Heide's Tower or should I wait until I finish everything and hit NG+?

Ng+ gives you better item finding. So does ng++, +++etc.

If you ask, there are probably plenty of people who would be willing to give/trade you the set

NG+10 obviously :3
But to be real, you may want to farm it when you feel like you won't have much trouble killing stuff there, the one advantage on 'normal' NG is that big knights won't bother you much because you may one-shot them with ease.
