[COMPLETE] About the Lion Warrior Helm

Let me know if you have the Helm. It's a drop from the Gold-manned Lion Warrior at the Shaded Ruins (Shaded Woods). It only spawns once. I can trade it for whatever you want/need. Let me know what do you need to see if I have it.

Don't have it, but you can respawn the dude by respawning the Scorpioness-boss. Gotta kill her every time, but hey... I got my Red Cape after the 9th try!

Farming sux... on one of my chars, the sanctum walk bf is at lvl 53 for them sweet creos.

You can farm it offline with save scumming.
1) Prevent DS2 from connecting to the internet through your preferred method.
2) create a backup of your DS2 save file
3) kill the golden lion warrior
4) if you don't get the drop you want, replace your save in the appdata directory with your backup, and repeat the process
5) just reminding you to do this all offline

The best way to farm is to join the hall of champions. Limitless respawns of all creatures then. Just join, farm, then leave when you are done. No need to use ascetic or anything else. The only downside to it is that there is no multiplayer and the enemies become a little stronger and hit a little harder.

Wrong. The Golden Lion Warrior only spawns once per playthrough or per ascetic.

It's probably because you're a normal person and wouldn't think that someone would make the incomprehensibly stupid decision to make this one, seemingly innocuous enemy so incredibly rare.

Yeah, I use to join the Covenant of the Champions to farm Titanite Shards, the Desert Sorceress Set for Rosabeth of Melfia, and Large Titanite Shards with the Giant Basilisk at Huntsman's Copse. Sadly it doesn't work for this Golden-manned Lion Warrior.

I managed to get the Helm using the tip that Visi gave me, after killing 28 more times that monster while using the Watchdragon Parma, Prisoner's Tatters, Prisoner's Hood, Gold Covetous Ring +2 and Rusted Coins. Got a total of 5 Red Lion Warrior Cape before getting the Lion Warrior Helm, so the drop rate is lower than the Red Lion Warrior Cape's.

That's the only healthy way to farm that Helm (before the hunting drives you nuts having to kill the Scorpioness Najka everytime to use another Bonfire Ascetic. I was at a point where the boss and the Lion Warriors insta-kill me.
