Getting Chaos Storm without Flash Sweat?
I'm trying to get this Pyromancy which is on some lava rocks in Iron Keep and everyone says I should use Flash Sweat to get it. Problem is my Attunement is 2 and I don't want to spend a whole bunch of Souls for a one time use spell.

Is there any way to get Chaos Storm without the use of Flash Sweat. Also I do not have any Soul Vessels so reallocating stats is not an option.

Pharros mask from the crown of the old iron king DLC. Passive on the mask soaks you like flash sweat/rolling in water/walking through a waterfall/etc.

Edit: the same mask is also useful for dodging poison pools/pots as it stops other liquids from coating you while it's worn.

You can use the southern ritual ring to temoporarily get a couple attunement slots
