DLC worth it?

Is the DLC worth doing or should I ignore it?

If you have nerves.. The Crown of the old iron king, BRUTAL BOSSES! The frozen dlc kinda boring and have to repeat it after you unfroze it + annoying enemies + One of the HARDEST most annoying areas is in there... The shuriken crown one i personnaly really enjoy, cool enemies and level desing and there is only one hard boss wich i am not gonna spoil :D

Id rather not to do a boring dlc or a super hard one, simply becuase I dont have the patience or time to do so. But could you pls explain how to initate the shuriken crown?

I really suggest you the one in the black gultch after The Rotten (Shuriken crown) it has the coolest level desing in the entire game!

It's not that hard. Solving puzzles getting cool gear and having fun backstabing the slow enemies in there ;d

Just see a picture in google of the dlc. *SPOILER* you will have to hit totems and make your own path thru the area. It's like the game changes.

All the DLCs are really fun IMO. Best parts of the game by far.

wait what? no no no. The DLCs are included in Scholar of the First Sin. I think the OP is asking whether or not to go into them and play them, not whether or not he should purchase them as if this was vanilla DS2.

DLC are defintly the best areas level design-wise. Very fun to explore (especially the "Crown of the Sunken King" area.)
Very nice bosses, too.
Also, this being a DLC in any FROM software game ever in the last years, it exspect you to know the ropes of the combat system. Enemies are strong and can punish you for bad play.

Another note: I would advice you to go into the DLC with a pure physical damage build. Enemies, even trash mobs, have unnaturally high elemental defense.

i cant find the option to buy the dlcs on the store. that means i already have it? i have dark souls 2 and all dlcs and choose the option to upgrade. i cant acess the areas inside my game like the snake statues, the doors are closed. i tough i have to like kill some bosses to open it, but not yet.

If you have "Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin", all the DLCs are included and you have them. However, in order to access them you need to find their entrances and the keys that unlock the doors to each DLC in game.

i know it. i remember reading sometime ago that the dlcs are all on it. sorry for the confusion

DLC is absolutely worth it. Great areas and bosses
