For regular RSS or Dragonbro duels anything from 1.500.000 to top tier should be fine, considering that some people start out new (there´s been a sale i believe) and others come back from DS3 and already have high level chars.
I don´t see as many signs as pre DS3, but when i put mine down i still get summoned almost instantly and also get invaded by blues and reds occasionally.
Coop on the fly is a rarity though, if you want help w something i think it´d better to ask directly.
This SM works quite decent for coop of Ruin Sentinels, Sinner and Huntsman's Corpse bosses, too.
Exspect the usual chaotic pvp stuff: Twinking, ganking (covenant design), chugging, running, people being mad about (being bad at) videogames. Some sweet hatemail to be had for sure, though.
"Iron Keep Bridge" Reds (cracked orbs, summon signs) and Dragonbros. Picks up at above 1.000.000SM. Should be fine for all kind of SM. SM around 1.500.0000 - 3.000.000 (SL 150 builds) seemed most active.
All kind of skill levels, really. Buffed Katana clowns to very good players with hipster weapons.
