Sadly, you cannot get help versus Vendrick, as his fog wall is behind Velstadt's arena. Signs cannot be placed in a boss arena.

damn... i tried him solo for about 12 times now.. he ♥♥♥♥♥ even my thickest armor in one or two thrusts... and i deal him about 5% every hit.. is there any way to kill him easily? XD

hug his flanks, hard. the one on your right when facing him. it makes the boss a joke, trust. also, having at least 4 giant souls makes it easy.

how do i use the giant souls? have 4 thats perfect... but even if i hug his left knee which i do mostly because hes only swinging or hitting attacks that dont hit, if he jumps back or gets on a wall, that ♥♥♥♥♥ me up most of the time

If you keep your nose glued to his left butt cheek he will almost never jump or do anything other than regular swings. You won't even have to dodge except for maybe one or two times. And do not "use" the giant souls, just have them in your inventory.

You can get another Soul of a Giant, which will drop his defenses by 50%. Also when he gets his back on a wall you can run away to lure him out, just need to be really careful.

50% less defence sound wonderful, how do i get the fifth soul?

You need to kill the Ancient Dragon. It can be a pretty tough fight, but at least on this case you can summon help.

Depending on your SM I can join you. But keep in mind that once he's aggroed there's no turning back, he'll stay like that.

The problem with him is that he is so easy to beat that talking about him would already spoil it.

But 12 try's ... change your strategey, find a safe spot/moment for heals and try to predict what he is doing.
