Did you try looking from Dark Souls 2 Nexus? Just google search for Dark Souls 2 SOTFS Nexus.
There should be fairly clear instructions for each mod listed. Some can be automatically installed with the Nexus manager too afaik.
There's no rules against asking help with modding. It's just that you'll get limited in-game. But since OP doesn't mind about that, it doesn't matter.
But no-one of the mods really cares, honestly. I've never seen a thread getting locked because of this.
Whatever, just go to nexus. There aren't many mods since SotFS doesnt allow them and people with the TC's mentality are a small minority of the modders (and mod-developers).
Oh FromSoft... you silly, typical proud Japanese company youuu. Anyone that modifies your games are just hurting your pride by trying to make it even "look" better! Down with modding. :(
Oh it's a joke by the way, however true it frankly is, so it's okay!
If you play online don't mod softban assured
