Servers are back but I can't login to them?
It still says servers are not available as usual even though the game got an update and they announced the servers are back.
Help?

Don't know how to do that save thing

Save files are in "C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\DarkSouls11"
*If you cannot find the folders you may need to enable "Show hidden files, folders and drives" to view the files. thats location of save for a start

Then to check files library then DS 2 then right click properties then local files browse then game that gives you all the files of the game. if you dont have a save then best thing delete everything and then uninstall and reinstall

Ehh... Froms messed something up with this update - the inability to connect to the servers isn’t linked to your game installation or savefiles, I'm 100% sure of it. I've tried reinstalling the game\cheking the integrity\deleting save files\even tried it on another account and nothing seems to help. I think it has to do with something else, which might be your operating system, country, etc.

Steam community servers seem to have some issues right now. If you've already made sure, you're on the latest version of the game and have verified the game files, try restarting Steam. Matchmaking also relies on Steam, so that may cause connection-problem.

Additionally, later today is weekly Steam server maintenance, which will cause Steam, and by extend this game, to be occasionally offline over the course of a few hours.

You can always check Steam's server status here:

This might actually be a common issue now, if people blocked DS2 on their firewall, in order to shorten start-up times and forgot about it.
