Discord Streaming Choppy

So i tried streaming DS2:SOTFS via Discord and my Friends say it's choppy af, although the Performance is overall very good. It's almost as if the Stream tries to render the Game twice at the same time.

Does anyone else have this and perhaps knows a solution to this?

Using a 144hz Monitor at 1080p, GTX 1070, i7-7700k CPU if that matters at all.

i kinda thought of that as well at some point but other Games (f.e. GW2) stream just fine without this weird choppiness

I have experienced this too with Dragon's dogma, don't know what it causes it, but seen that alt tabbing too much and having a high refresh rate monitor makes old games go crazy.
Do you have vsync enabled in the nvidia control panel for ds2?

I do have a High Refresh Rate Monitor (144hz) however the thing is, i can stream DS2 just fine in windowed Mode while Fullscreen seems to "break it" (even with turning down refresh rate to 60hz).

While that is a workaround, it's somewhat weird, as i still don't know what the actual problem is and i would actually like to stream in Fullscreen.

I think is more of a discord issue than the game or your system. My setup is very similar to yours and also got a 144hz monitor. Maybe check some of discord's settings instead, I remember I got my issue fixed a while ago but can't remember how I did.

I've been having my entire PC lock up when alt+tabbing (to browser), here lately too. Monitors lose signal, but audio still runs, requires a forced restart. Windowed mode does seem to limit/reduce how often that happens. For example, I went back to DS3 the last couple of days, because it's back online and had it happen twice in fullscreen mode (before switching to windowed mode). I've never had it happen in DS2, but DS2 is always windowed.
