is there any way to farm those?

You find them at 3 places.
1. At the start of Brume Tower.
2. After taking 2 lifts up from Froyer bonfire and going right(if I remember correctly).
3. After you have defeated both main bosses in the area you will find the last one(decide which of the ashen idols bothers you least).

That's honestly how most players fight him, if you explore everything before the Fume Knight and use the smelter wedges, it's kinda intended you end up fighting him with one buff
(unless, of course, you look that up beforehand)
