where can I resummon her or buy her spells ?

You will have to wait several hours of in-game time for her gravestone to appear. Once it does, you have to cough up several thousand souls to temporarily summon her ghost and enact transactions.

Rosabeth is the only source in the game from where you can obtain Poison Mist, Flash Sweat and Iron Flesh.

It been more than 25 hours still can't see her grave ! where's the grave location ?

I killed her since I have like 19 hours now I have 51 ingame hours

No idea, then. Try again in NG+.

I've noticed a few NPC gravestones appear behind the obelisk that displays the total in game deaths in Majula. Perhaps search there?

Also, as the player Enderspoons stated earlier in this thread it's a temporary summon at the grave. I recommend buying all that you want from her in as few summons as possible to limit soul usage.
