There is shopping mod but i never used it dont know if it is safe like hm in ds3

DS2 has the shopping mod. I’ve been using it for about the past two months while offline, no ban yet.

I go offline, use it for what I need, then go back online.

And is is true or false that when you buy something you should not have access to, in compliance to your current progresion u will be banned ? For example, when you have just began the game and now you spawn items from Iron keep.

No idea. I’ve had people drop end game items for me and I’ve been fine. I can only assume it’s the same here. Use at your own risk.

In my experience its false unless it is a story related item/key lile king's crown or key of the embedded.
No normal gear should trigger a ban.
I've been using offline CE to spawn stuff I don't want to farm and no ban for it.

It's a mod that let's you select any item in the game and add it to any merchant's list of available items. I use it to test builds with late-game gear. Even gives access to the blue longsword/murakumo and the white steel katana!
