always to disable it EVERYTIME you turn the game on,
even if you save the settings and all, it will auto disabled, so just change it again
The worst part is that you have to try and figure out what buttons do what when it comes to menu screens or prompts.
Alas, I cannot personally vouch that you'll have a good time with Ds2 if you use Keyboard + Mouse. I can vouch that it works great for a controller, and if you don't have one that's compatible with your PC you can pretty easily order one online for $30USD or less.
I had found on the internet that DS2 wasn't meant to be played on PC that's why devs didn't pay much attention for making it perfectly fine for PC.
It took me more than 2 hours to figure out and Steam didn't return me money for the game according to their policy you should play less than 2 hours to be able to get money back.

Running and jumping on keyboard is just better. Fast flicking camera also better for me.
The Double-Click option is bugged as hell and horrible, so take note of that.
I use Kb&M for all souls games, and it's good. You can navigate menus more consistently with controller though (for 'quick-swaps' of equipment).
My personal binding (dunno maybe it's default) is Left-Heavy on CTRL - so you have a consistent 'parry' button.
