DS4 on DS2

The game does not recognize my PS4 controller, I use InputMapper to recognize it on the PC and use it in many games and even emulators without any problem, however, in DS2 it is not recognized, would anyone have any solutions?

Just use Steam drivers with BigPicture, or DS4Windows.

I have used ds4 for about 5 years now, the best option for the moment is DS4Windows, however not all games can recognize your controller even with ds4win (atleast on win10). In my case I have to unplug and plug back in my controller after loading ingame in order to have my controller working (also using hide DS4 option). So I recomend trying that out and before doing so removing any controllers software you have on your pc.

the ds4 is a superior controler to the xbone shamme its not nativly supported in windows

Big picture as everyone said, I am playing with a Dual sense the ps5 controller without any issue.

Just activate the playstation controller support in Steam Settings and stop/disable DS4Windows. I have to use DS4Windows for DS3 and just the steam playstation controller support for DS2. Working just fine.

I am connecting the controller over USB cable.
