How can I get a PC UI?

Define "PC UI"
If you mean stuff like keyboard and mouse prompts, I'm afraid you can't.
If you mean stuff like changing the actual menus, I'm afraid you can't either.

Yeah unfortunately I don't think it's possible without texture mods... but on the bright side, it doesn't take that long to get used to the controls
