Red Eyed Pursuer rewards

The red eyed pursuer has appeared in the tutorial area near the coffin ♥♥♥ change machine and it just appeared at The Lost Bastille. Both times i had to run away.

Does it give any rewards for killing it?

Yes, you may receive A VERY SPECIAL gift, if you talk to that maiden in Things Betwixt. It's barely usable, though

You must be fun at parties. But I guess that is why some use it in their SL1 runs since when equipped, it increases Vitality and Endurance by 1, Adaptability by 2, and decreases Dexterity by 1

You don't have to kill that Pursuer to become a ladle master. Only the Ogres in Things Betwixt (maybe just the 2 near the coffin).

I guess your reward is stress-free access to the gender-bender. And a Twinkling Titanite, just like with all of the Bastille Pursuers.
