Nashandra not spawning
Like the title says Nashandra didnt spawn after defeating the throne duo, and now i cant go into NG+3
does anybody know why this happened and how i can fix it.

Have you beaten the Giant Lord from the Memory of Jeigh? He drops the Giant's Kinship used to gain access to the 2nd boss fight at the Throne of Want for the Lord Soul, Nashandra (From DSII wiki) .

yeah i have that, but she still didnt spawn.

Oh, that's something I've never heard of. Not even the wiki mentioned a bug like that. I don't know how else to resolve this issue.

idk if this would work (I barely play this game), but try using a bonfire ascetic on the nearest bonfire and redoing the throne duo fight.

Bonfire Ascetics on the nearest bonfire to the Throne Room does not respawn the bosses unfortunately.

Bonfire Ascetics on the nearest bonfire to the Throne Room does not respawn the bosses unfortunately.
Wrong.
Both Throne duo and Nashadra(dunno about Aldia) will respawn if ascetic is used on King's Gate.
It also spawns pursuer duo that drops Ring of Blades +2 on upper level.

edit2: OP, if you're stuck at the boss room, kill yourself, literally by jumping down to the void or use aged feather and sit at bonfire. Go to boss room again and if Nashandra will not spawn try to use ascetic.
