Does Licia's Tombstone appear if she died of the crushed eye orb?

I'm looking to buy some spell from her but her tombstone isn't appearing, it has been around 2 hours irl and her tombstone hasn't appeared. does the crushed eye orb somehow made it so that her stone doesn't appear? is it just for npc that you killed accidentally or something
