Where or how do I obtain a seed of a giant tree after activating the Giant's memories?

I need one seed to kill Maldron the Assasin. I ran out of seeds a long time ago. The problem is that I also activated the memories of the giants.... Every time I approach a tree it sends me into a memory. I need seeds. Any helpful tips guys?

You are going to the wrong tree.

There's a door to the right of where you normally progress after going down the ladder near the first bonfire.

You don't exactly need to get the ashen mist heart either.

Also another seed will grow everytime u get killed 3 times by invaders, so a good way to farm them is to not kill the invader in this area (he will invade u if u go up on some wood ladders) and let him kill u 3 times, rush for the seed and repeat, theres a bonfire here so u can take your time to farm them [Sorry for the bad english xddd]

Guys. The problem is not how to get the seeds...I had some. I have no seeds any more. The problem now is how to get seeds after I have obtained the ashen mist. I used to go to the trees after getting invaded and they would drop me one.

Now when I go to the trees I get the "Examine" dialog which takes me to the memories straight away... I need the seeds now to kill Maldron the Assasin.

The memory trees never dropped me a seed, but the one on the video will never take u to another area, that tree is only here to drop seeds

Dude I watched the video. I have activated that bonfire too. I saw no tree in the video or near that bonfire. It is a video showing how to get to that specific bonfire. As I said I was in that area a LONG time ago and activated that bonfire.
