Where do I farm for iron Bolts and Arrows

Just buy them from the NPCs. Why would you farm those?

The player base get far to few to worry about Soul Memory.

Just buy that stuff.

(Those vikings in the Wharf drop iron arrows in sets of 3 on some occasion)

It's a better option if you ask someone to drop them for you. I can give you if you still need them.

It seems to be a common misunderstanding that you need bonfire ascetics to farm. You (almost) never do. Just join the Company of Champions to stop the enemies from despawning, and off you go!
