No drangleic helm

I got the rest of the set but the helm wasnt there, is this is bug or is it somewhere else?

tbqh, the drangleic helmet doesn't go with the drangleic set at all, it goes with the llewyn set.

It was originally meant to go with the Llewellyn set but now it is the helm to the Drangliec set.

Yeah, it goes with either, IMO. I wore it with the Llewellyn set in my first playthrough.
