There was a lawsuit about this game?

So I did some ds2 research and there was a lawsuit? I tried looking it up and all I see are reddit people talking about it no official stuff. Was it about the manikin mask or something? Can someone fill me in?

Regarding the Manikin Mask, its appearance was changed late in development. Originally, it was blank with two eyeholes and black "tears" on the face; you can see it in one of the game trailers.

Some people guessed that the reason the mask was changed was because it was similar to a mask from Naruto, but there's absolutely no evidence to support that.

Yeah I thought that would be what the lawsuit is about "false delivery of information" or something like that but thats not it though I'm surprised they werent sued over that. Do you think you have an idea for what the real lawsuit is about?

That imo is the biggest disappoint from the trailers compared to the final product we got. The original was so bada** and if we had it I might actually use the full manikin armor set for a assassin build. Instead we get a mask that looks like it was born with a few missing chromosomes.
