Is it me or I don't really notice any inspiration from berserk besides the Ultra-Greatswords

There are a lot of Berserk references, one of my favorites are the black witch set Is perfect for a shircke cosplay.

Some people are trying a bit too hard to find "inspirations". It's got a few, but mostly in the former entries and even then people were getting their ♥♥♥♥ out of nowhere. Souls item descriptions are like the bible, you can interpret it to a stupid degree.

Ultra greatswords aren't exactly copyrighted by berserk either...

Lud Zud and Ava are esentially the tigers that attack guts in the palace place in the manga

There's even more Berserk related stuff in Dark Souls 3.

The general theme of "light = bad, dark = good" and "go fight endless hordes of monsters that hunt you down" is taken from Berserk. There are a few more specific references in DS1 and DS2, like Bonewheel Skeletons, Artorias, or the mentioned Greatsword.

And then we have DS3...
