Difficulty scaling stops at ng+7. Did you go into ng+8 because you forgot to do something achievement related in ng+7?

Ugh, I hate that weapon. Despite how everyone claims that meme weapon is op it does magic damage and any kind of magic damage against Elana (and dlc bosses in general) is a bad idea. You could make it raw I suppose and just count on the dps but still. Pure physical is better.

The Ice Rapier is one of the most infusion-worthy items in the game because its base damage is increases to 150% while keeping a big part physical.

If you go for PURE physical damage tho, you should rather use the espada or ricard's.

yes doesnt chage the fact when its infused .physical damage is still extremly high + high magical damage ( elana is not resistant to magic). weapon was never balanced

r2 atack does extreme damage close range and its also good for estus punishing long range in pvp
