I can give You one tip: try to throw everything at it while it is splitting. I remember first time I beat it with fire or chaos storm while it was splitting, leaving it from ~50%hp to something around ~10%. Going with it if try to lure both bodies close to each other, since it will double your damage output(it is risky of course).
Oh and for the aoe explosions try to run away not roll.

It could be worth using Lingering Flame as a backup spell if you can access it, since it sticks around for quite a time before dissipating and is a pretty powerful proximity mine. Drop down a few in a safe corner and hope the boss passes by in its trigger radius.
I wish profound still lasted more than like 20 (or 30) seconds. It may help if you can do a lot of damage to darklurker in a short amount of time but imo it's not worth because it takes so long to cast and then you feel pressured to do a lot of damage while Profound Still is active (and Darklurker is quick to get into melee range when you cast PS on it).
Darklurker does PURE dark and fire damage. So swap out any useless more physical based armors. I also recommend flame swathe.
