Lucatiel of Mirrah Quest Broken

So, I've been playing DS2 (regular edition) for a while now and I've finished the game (haven't started NG+ yet). I did speak to Lucatiel in ALL four locations during the gameplay to complete her questline (and exhausted her dialog), but I did not know that you had to summon her for 3/4 boss battles and that she had to survive them all. So, when I got to Aldia's Keep, she wasn't there.
After some research, some people said that you can use bonfire ascetics and farm a boss or more and it would work. And so I did. I killed the Flexile Sentry twice AND the Rotten twice as well (just to make sure) and yes she DID survive all 4 fights. When I got back to Aldia's keep, she is still not there!
I have already tried to close the game and open it up again, I went back to all 4 locations AGAIN and she's not there either. Is there something I missed?
PS: I used bonfire ascetics to finish Benhard questline and it DID work. Somehow Lucatiel's quest seems broken

If you're at Aldia's Keep without having her quest complete to that point, you fail it IIRC.

You did not speak to her at all locations. If you do, she is at the keep, only she doesn't give you her equipment. If she's missing from Aldia's Keep, you did miss 1 or 2 locations at least. She does show up there if you summon her 0 times, and only talk to her.

Ascetics don't work, if you fail at any point, the quest is broken for that NG cycle irreversibly.

Black Gulch is the "easiest" one for people to miss...also Harvest Valley.
