But if you are like me, and are worried about wasting them, then the wiki is the best for you. The same goes for lockstones too. I finished the game and I have a few lockstones and branches left.
EDIT: You can also see a question asked on a similar topic by me - about whether or not to buy the branch from Melantia. It evolved into a much more useful thread :)
There is plenty of branches in the game, enough for every statue you will come across. There is never an instance where you will screw yourself because you used it on the wrong one or something. So don't worry about where you use your branches because you will always find another.
