Can't summon my friend for some reason.

So the Steam maintenance happened, we went offline in the game, and then once we went to the main menu and back inot the game to re-enter online mode, we tried to go to Servant's Quarters and summon one another, but we just can't seem to see eachother's summon sign.

My SM is around 250K and 247K is my friend's SM.

We're both in the Way of Blue convenant, and we both use Name Engraved Rings. We've both killed the Lost Sinner and haven't killed the Gargoyles or Rung the bell yet.

Trying to summon my friend to help me with the pursuer clone under the Servant's Quarters bonfire.

I unlocked the house in Majula and he Hasn't.

Why's this happenning?

Are you using small soapstone? Did you nullify effigy effect in the bonfire menu?

Using large white soapstone and neither of us have the effigy effect

Try small, since you've killed all the Bastille bosses. Belfry probably counts for a different area.

I know, we could summon on the belfry bridge, but we just wanted to help one naother with the pursuer clone before belfry but after hte bonfire. No dice.

might have to use small sign and just kill as many enemys as you can till your friend disappears and rinse and repeat just dont sit at bonfie
