What the PS3 (and XB360) versions actually are, are a bundle of the base game, the 3 DLCs and the most recent patch. BUT they don't feature the enemy placement and item location changes, plus the new NPC invasions and signs.
So the vanilla DaS2 nd the SotFS DaS2 for the last-gen consoles are literally the same game.
There are a couple of minor terrain changes I noticed. Not many, but some.
