Well everything about Heide knight is easy except that sideways-instant-double-sweep even right after he gets stunned; That is the only thing that im talking about. There is no windup animation for that.
the other one i find tricky is the one where the wind is up them holding still and staring at you. and then they charge across the area and slash your face before you can react.
i've heard lore-wise the heide knights are supposed to be blind, and thats why they have such a wonky move set. They are doing the sword equivalent of "spray-and-pray".
If you observe the sword in their right hand it is slowly moving upwards, that is indicator of the charge move, but it can sometimes surprise people when in co-op.
