Toss alluring skulls around to keep the skellys off your back in the chariot fight. shouldnt take you more than a few tries.
Rush through the bridge (unless you have not killed the red phantom guarding the fog door);
I managed to beat the chariot solo (with NPC summon); NPC kept skelly attention while i kill the necromancers. Then the chariot was 1 on 1, but its slow and not too hard to read.
You know theres an NPC you can summon, Bashful Ray iirc, in one of those hut things just past the first little stone bridge. Much closer so less backtracking and fighting. Not to mention you don't need to first get a key.
