Where are binoculars?

I've gotten to Drangleic and just noticed I still havent found the binoculars in this game. Where is it?

You can find them in Majula. When you're coming from Things Betwixt, hug the right wall and there will be a spot you can drop down on to a ledge.

Not long after you enter majula for the first time theres a open spot along the edge of the cliff between rocks and then you'll see a small ledge below the cliff that you can drop down to. You'll find the binoculars, a spiked mace and a cleric's chime. The binoculars are seperate from the other two items though. Just walk carefully along the ledge and you'll be back on safe Majula ground.

If that was kind confusing i'm sure you can find a youtube vid of it easily.

LMAO!!!!! that was me my first few playthroughs, Dont feel bad, its happened to most of us, most people should admit to that :)

Hi there. I really don't know why, maybe a patch, but there is no longer a ledge to jump to! I've seen videos, and, at the EXACT location, there's no ledge. Help, someone in the same situation?

The ledge is still there. Its extremely hidden, most people don't find it without a guide.

Also the binoculars go in your weapon slot in this game.
