Didn't get my achievement for lighting the Black Gulch Primal Bonfire

See title. I got the achievement for the Forgotten Sinner and the Old Iron King's bonfires, but not for beating the Rotten and lighting his bonfire. Is it because I had another player's phantom helping when I beat the Rotten (I beat the other two bosses without phantoms summoned), or just a glitch and I'm boned until I try again on NG+?

You don't get achievements if you're offline, but if you were summoning that shouldn't be.
Coop doesn't afect here, so it should be a glitch or something

That happened to me as well, steam servers were down at that time and I didn't get two achievements. You can get it by going to ng+ or creating a new character.

I'm not sure if using a bonfire ascetic and refighting the boss would solve the issue. If you're simply missing the achievement, you can refight The Rotten later on when you're more equiped. That way you don't have to fight a buffed boss while still being in early game gear.

It's at least always an option in case you don't wish to restart or go NG+.
