Licia of Lindelt dead, no key

After many many many playthroughs, for the first time I had Licia killed by a red phantom. In Heide's Tower of Flame, the red phantom enemy with spear, he was after me and as i was about to dodge, he hit Licia and she fell off the ledge and died. Wonderful, yeah. After I killed the phantom, I waited a bit to see if there will be the item drop, ,but doesn't seem to appear. I tried leaving the game and reloading but it changed nothing. Will I have to farm 1M souls at this point or? I wanted to make Dragonrider cosplay and literally the only NPC which will break my playthrough got killed. What should I do? Even if her tombstone appears I doubt she'll willingly move to Majula anyways...

reload the area, teleport back to majula then teleport back to Heide
the key should be where she sat

When I tried reloading the area it changed nothing. Didn't try teleporting, but apparently dying made the item appear. Thanks for the help tho.

Her tombstone will be exactly where she died. Usually when this happens, her drop appears where she fell or maybe in the rotunda in majula
