Lucatiel disappears from Aldias Keep (quest)

So I assumed i killed 3 bosses with Lucatiels soul sign and i spoke to her in Aldias keep but she didn't give me anything. i rested at the bonfire and now shes gone do i have to try again in new game plus or is there another way to do her quest?

You need to summon Lucatiel on 3 boss fights and keep her alive in all 3, you don't really have to meet her in Aldia's Keep to get the equipment that way.

I dont understand, I kept her alive in 3 fights and i met her in Aldias keep but she disappeared as soon as i sat at the bonfire
