In no capacity does that make sense
But let's call it "gameplay wise" because you know, there wasn't any need to use repair powder in ds1 Kappa
What weapon are you using that breaks after only clearing one area?
Most ss and gs can do multiple without any issues. Katanas break quickly, but that is literally stated in the item description of the uchigatana.
On a secondary note, what good is having equipment breaking in the game if you dont even run a slight risk of having it occur.
Also, there is a ring in the game that causes your weapon to lose durability at half the rate. You can always grab that one.
Also if you are Really having issues with your weapons breaking then I suggest using the weapon they specifically put in the game just for players like you. Its called Santiers Spear.
No it's not my 1st, I have played DS1 for about 200 hours but not on Steam, that's how I know of DSfix in the first place. But back then when I finished it for the 1st time, I didn't even know there was a "DSfix" and it was very laggy in some areas, like Blighttown ?
And yes, even DS 2 with magical dx11 has the same problem as 1st one... I don't know who made these key bindings but f*** me they are terrible and UNCOMMON ! Even worse than DS1, if you ask me. I spent 30 minutes re-binding every key and now it's damn playable !! :D
