54 and 75 achievements broken?

I've just completed the game and unlocked the 100% completion achievement, but I didn't receive either of these achievements in the process. After a bit of debugging it seems that the game thinks I've completed 55 compulsory levels and 21 optional levels (so 55/76 total), which makes it seem like this is just an off-by-one error, but I'm not exactly sure what's causing that....

How to 100%?

Really enjoyed the game - some very clever puzzles! The 100% achievement isn't working for me or I haven't 100%ed it? I've completed every level I can see (unless there's hidden ones) and got the 55 and 76 achievements. The bottom right progress bar is a bit off being full... Any advice on if this is a bug or else how to find more levels so I can 100% it?...

Some weird bugs

- The achievement 55 popped 7 levels before achievement 78. - The achievement 78 popped 1 level before achievement 100 (- The achievement 100 popped at the correct moment) In some levels with a fireworks, the level will freeze when hovering your mouse over the flames current square while the fireworks shoots. Most notable example is level 68. I found that the solution given in the hints also causes the problem. Jumping up to the matches and keeping the cursor there will softlock the game.
