Hello everyone! We are the development team of Runai, and we’d like to sincerely thank you for following our game.

Throughout this development journey, we’ve gone through countless trials and adjustments—often scrapping things, rebuilding, adding and removing mechanics. In the end, we realized what we truly need is your feedback. That’s why we decided to launch a Steam Playtest, so you can experience the game earlier and help us polish it together.

🎮 Core Gameplay

The current version combines two main elements:

• Village Simulation Beyond basic construction, we’ve added simulation and management features. By completing orders, you can raise your village’s reputation, recruit more villagers, and gradually upgrade your settlement.

• Dungeon Adventure We want to deliver a lively and exciting party-based combat experience. Venture into procedurally generated dungeons with your animal companions, enhanced with Roguelite elements to keep each run fresh and unpredictable.

🔧 About the Playtest

This version is still far from complete. Many ideas have already been implemented, but they still need more refinement and content to truly shine. We sincerely hope to grow together with all the players who are looking forward to Runai, and we’d love to hear your voices during development.
