What does "TS" mean?
Someone said they "knew" what someone role was from "TS". What does ts exactly stand for?

Well, TS can stand for TeamSpeak, it is a program that allows people to chat over the internet, and if that is what they were using, they were cheating. From the sounds of it, that person was cheating by discussing roles and stuff in the game using an out of game communication. If you see that again, make sure you report them.

You don't actually have to do the SS. When someone gets reported, the ENTIRE GAME gets sent to the trial along with your report. When I say entire game, I mean the pre-game lobby chat, lobby chat, every chat during the game and the post game lobby chat. It does help if you pinpoint the time the person said or did whatever the report is about if you can. In this case, pinpoint when he says the TS thing, if you remember. If not, we do have filters and stuff so we can only see what one person says if we want.

I am not sure what happened there, I would be inclined to say it was a bug or something. Anyway, I am going to bed, so have a good night.

TS usually stands for Town Support - it may be they knew a role because of a Medium or an Escort (and deduction because of that), but it's hard to know for sure in this context.

Look, they left before D1 so after their role got revealed or before/after they picked their name. The game started out of the lobby but isnt yet in the town. They will suicide since they have left, but because they didnt leave in the actual game time theres no message.

The suicide itself always happens in the next night, so in this case the very first night: N1. So in your screenshot, Condore and Three chose a name so they left after the name choosing. But it doesnt show the suicide message so they left before the starting of the town -> They left as the roles got chosen.
