Cartel on Steam was supposed to run without such double checking procedure. Now, Steam don't want to do anythin with it, and Ubisoft thinks that they don't have to either, because after 2018, support of this game is back to the developers, Techland. But hey! The whole thing is about Ubisoft still messing things up, it's not Techland fault....
